Eligible Properties:

Stabilized or stabilizing multi-family and commercial collateral; multi-family, mixed-use, office, warehouse, retail, industrial, hospitality, student housing and special use properties considered, even pre-development

Loan Amount:
$1.0 – $25.0 million-depending on eligible type.
Larger loans considered on a case-by-case basis

Loan Term:
Up to 3 years with 6 month extension with pre-approval

No Prepayment: None

Interest only

Maximum Loan-to-Value:
Varies by eligible property type, generally lesser of 65% “As-Is” value or 75% loan-to-appraised value upon stabilization

Maximum Loan-to-Cost:
65% including costs associated with renovations
